How to register

Registration for AAQC 2026 takes only a few minutes. Before you begin, make sure you have checked your eligibility and chosen the right category. This page walks you through exactly what to expect.

What you will need

Your full legal name and contact details.

Residential address

Your Australian residential address and date of birth.

Select category

Choose 30 Juz, 20 Juz or 10 Juz.

Guardian details

Required for participants under 18 years old.

Teacher approval

Teachers must verify student readiness and only approve adequately prepared participants

Check your eligibility

Confirm that you meet the requirements for your chosen category. You must be a resident of Australia, have fully memorised your selected portion and be available for all stages.

Choose your category

Select the memorisation category that accurately reflects what you have genuinely memorised and can confidently recite.

  • 30 Juz — complete Qur'an memorisation
  • 20 Juz — memorisation of juz 1 – 20
  • 10 Juz — memorisation of juz 1 – 10

Complete the registration form

Fill in the online registration form carefully. Ensure your contact details are correct so AAQC can send important updates.

Receive your confirmation

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration reference and next steps.

A few things to note

Registration closes on 15 July 2026. No late entries will be accepted after this date.

Each participant must register individually. Parents or guardians may assist children with the registration process.

Places are limited. Registration does not guarantee entry into the competition.

Providing inaccurate information may result in disqualification.

Registering a child under 18

A parent or guardian must complete the registration on behalf of any participant under 18 years of age. The form will request guardian details and consent for participation and recording permissions.

Common questions

Will recitations be recorded?

Yes. Recordings may be used for judging, documentation and promotion.
